Oregon Bio Event Policies

Photography and Videography Consent
By attending this event, you grant permission to the Oregon Bioscience Association (Oregon Bio) to capture photos and/or videos of you for promotional and marketing purposes. These images and videos may be used on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Ticket Refunds and Transfers
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at info@oregonbio.org.

If We Need to Postpone the Event
While we plan to host this event as scheduled, circumstances beyond our control (such as communicable disease threats, severe weather, or other extreme situations) may require us to postpone the event. If postponed, all registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a credit toward a future event. Substitutions are always allowed.

If We Need to Cancel the Event
If it becomes necessary to cancel the event, all prepaid registrations will be refunded or credited to the original payer’s account. The decision to cancel or postpone an event will be at Oregon Bio’s sole discretion and does not entitle registrants to additional rights or damages.
