RAD LAB
Building Oregon’s Bioscience Workforce Just Got A Lot More Fun
We’re excited to launch Rad Lab, a free-to-play life science career video game aimed at connecting Oregon youth (ages 13-24+) with career opportunities in life sciences, bioscience, biotechnology, and device manufacturing. Through Rad Lab, players gain foundational and soft skills while exploring Oregon’s most in-demand jobs, salaries, and education pathways.

By playing Rad Lab, 13-24+ year-olds are learning foundational skills in each of the life sciences, including soft skills, along with Oregon’s most needed jobs, salaries and postsecondary pathways. The mobile nature of this technology reaches Oregon’s historically underserved and underrepresented communities in an effort to build a wider, more diverse pool of talent for our industry partners.
