Summit Development Group is a Portland-based developer that is passionate about bringing complex spaces to underserved markets. As a full-service developer that finances, develops and manages its own projects, Summit has a vested interest in creating lasting partnerships with tenants.

Summit is currently developing a 40,000 square foot BSL2 laboratory and creative office building in the Central Eastside. Next year, Summit will break ground on a three-phase lab building offering more than 240,000 square feet when complete.
