Rocky Dallum, Oregon Bio’s Government & Advocacy Consultant, will provide an overview of the political landscape at the State level and insight into the OR BIO PAC and how we put member donations to use to build relationships and educate political candidates and current legislators on how to grow Oregon’s biotech community.
The session will start with a brief overview by our executive director of the economic impact our industry has on the state.

Rocky Dallum is a partner at Tonkon Torp and represents a variety of businesses and trade associations in the Oregon Legislature. He is seasoned business attorney with a broad range of government relations and advocacy experience, particularly in life sciences and health policy. He has represented Oregon Bio, and a variety of biotech companies, since 2014.
