About the Presenter
Steve Phinney has 20 years of management experience working in finance, manufacturing, and service industries. His work has focused on helping organizations improve bottom line business results, providing Lean Six Sigma training for executives, managers, and employees as well as mentoring and conducting enterprise-wide improvement projects A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Steve’s work with Microsoft and Union Bank resulted in over $150mm in savings and additional revenue generation. As a consultant and instructor, his recent clients have included Amazon, Cardiac Dimensions, EKOS, General Electric, NSA, Starbucks, Toray Composites, and T-Mobile. A former Major and Blackhawk Aviator in the United States Army, Steve holds a BA in Finance, and an MBA. He is also a General Electric and American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
