Position

EGI is looking for a candidate to fill the opening of a Quality System Coordinator & IRB Coordinator. This combined role will include responsibilities in managing and maintaining documents and records in both EGI’s Quality Management System and IRB. The QSC is responsible for day to day maintenance of the Quality Management System and all QMS documentation and certain required action items under the direction of the QMS Management Representative. The IRB Coordinator duties will consist of maintaining institutional polices that relate to human research, review new protocol submissions in accordance with OHR/FDA regulations and provide investigators with guidance on IRB submission processes.

Requirements

Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree, excellent written/interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. Candidates with relevant prior professional experience but no degree will be considered. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in quality system auditing to one of the ISO Quality Standards, FDA or Medical Device Requirements or certification in IRB Management (CIM) or certification as a Certified IRB Professional (CIP).
