Overview:   
If you believe you can deliver effective presentations without preparing... you’ve made a fatal error in presenting. The people who get the worst feedback on their presentations go in with the bold idea that “it will come to them when they start talking.”

This is a hands-on course that will improve your skills from 20% to 100% with internal and external customers, people in your personal life and in your career. You will gain keen understanding of the best way to present to any audience.

  • Define, share examples and video tape participants during exercises that help internalize each of the five components of an effective presentation:
  • Engaging the audience
  • Establishing credibility
  • Establishing or confirming the audience’s critical success factors
  • Present main body content and detail
  • Closing
  • Make your presentations work over the web
