The committee will identify training needs and priorities and approve the OBA training plan which may be funded, in part or in whole, by workforce training grants. The committee will also help OBA select trainers, and market the classes to the industry. In addition the committee will help OBA to evaluate all aspects of this training including instructors, scheduling, logistics, and support, as well as the actual delivery of training to incumbent workers. The committee will meet as necessary, usually every six weeks.
