The purpose of the Annual Meeting committee is to plan and execute our industry’s premiere yearly event.

Roles and responsibilities of committee:

• Plans the budget for the annual meeting.
• Strategizes and plans the program content.
• Recruits and organizes the speakers/panelists and other presenters for each section of the program.
• Plans and executes the logistics for day’s program in alignment with the budget.
• Develops and implements marketing plan for the annual meeting.
• Supported by the OBA staff as needed.
